Mmmmm...ice cream
We don't give our dogs people food other than the occasional raw veggie, a small bit of hot dog during training, or perhaps something that got dropped on the floor and got snarfed up before we could blink. A special treat we do allow is to for the dogs to lick a newly emptied ice cream (or frozen yogurt) container. Debbie finished the last of some frozen yogurt tonight and gave Gromit his first taste of forbidden pleasure.
"Hmm...what's this stuff?"
"Hey, that's pretty good!"
"Tell the wiener dog to keep away, it's MINE!"

Hey, that tart yogurt is excellent stuff!
We have a lot of serve-yourself yogurt shops here in California. I take the kids every now and then, and make sure to save the containers for the dogs to lick out. They love it!

In the summer for an occasional treat I give my dogs Frosty Paws. Its a frozen treat made especially for dogs and it comes in a little cup. One of the cups lasts for 3 treats each because I take it away and put it back in the freezer until next time. They just love them!
