My vision of the perfect life is to live in a countryside cottage surrounded by trees and flowers and grass, with a narrow stream of water flowing gently by.

The neighbours will be friendly, and there will be a lovely local pub where people hang out and chill.

And i will keep three Pembroke Corgis who're lively and playful and perhaps a golden retriever (though I am afraid being a pushover breed he's probably gonna be bossed over by the corgis), and there will be a field for them to roam about.

And of course, there's gonna be a special someone to share all this joy with.

@ Jane: SIX corgis!! and such a lovely place to live. they're the luckiest little corgis ever ;-D

@ Nancy: I wouldn't change my state with kings if I were you. ;-) *sigh* for someone living in Hong Kong this kind of life seems as remote as heaven.

@ Teresa: a little corgi town perhaps? haha

@ G&A: Oh, yes! forgot about swimming!

@ CorGeek: A cat or two would be nice. (nice name, by the way ;-)

@ Ellen: Yeah, looks like they can only be truly very happy when they get something to herd. haha

My 6 corgis, my husband and myself live in the country with several acres, trees, flowers and weeds!  The have plenty of room to run and play plus chickens and a pair of goats to herd...oh yes, they occasionally herd the outside cats also.

We still have to leave home to socialize:)

Life is never dull!

Oooohh!  I have those three pembroke welsh corgis already, an enchanted yard and vocal meal times.  When we want a special treat, we go for walks in Colonial Williamsburg and let visitors meet and greet Bear, Tasha and Linus.  Other than that 6AM p&p walk, it is a dream come true.

Sounds like an ideal place to be.  I would love to join you with a little slice of this Heaven a few miles down the road!!  Then I could have more corgis!!!

Oh definitely need a quiet little pond for the ducks (and corgis) to swim in when not herding... sounds like a little slice of heaven. :)

Right. Me and mine are over the stream on the far side of the hill with a brace of Bunny Buts plus a cat or two. We'll be at the pub later. :)

Sounds pretty darned good to me!  Don't forget having some critters for the corgis to herd!  Ducks?  A milk cow?  Anyways, see you at the local pub!
