Peaches is doing great, looks like she probably didn't eat a penny after all!
I called the vet and he said to keep an eye out for the symptoms, but that usually it would just pass. Well I've been the worried parent and watching her every move for the past few days...and it seems like she is fine. Spunky as ever and eating tons of kibble at mealtimes.
Thank you to everyone who commented, it really made me feel like I'm not alone when things get scary. I really did appreciate the posts.

oh yay! I know the stomach-twisting feeling -- Peaches and Ethel should talk (we had a scare with a disappearing jar of wood putty last Christmas Eve -- it was nontoxic fortunately, and she didn't get much). So glad Peaches is fine -- and what an adorable photo that is! Go, Peaches!

@Judi, Dawn, Soffie and Griffyn, that could be Peaches nickname though... Nice to be able to laugh about it now that we know Peaches is fine. Laughter is the best medicine :)
