Penny from Heaven...

Some of you may have seen my post about my sweet Finny-Boy who died last month at the age of 16 1/2. Well, I just wanted to take a moment to spread a little joy now and tell you all that we have just welcomed a new, wonderful, addition to our family...Miss Penny Loucha!! We are ~so~ in love with this girl who is not only completely gorgeous, but has the most kind, loving, and gentle soul in the world. Other than Fin, I have never fallen so in love, so fast! She is just a little ray of sunshine in our lives. I'm so, so, so lucky to have found her!

While it makes a part of me a little melancholy to see her run around and play (only because I so wish Finny could still be here, happy, healthy, and full of life like she is)...it is also just such a joy. Finny lost his sight and his hearing at the end and it broke all of our hearts to see him so lost. It's just really wonderful to have Penny here -- and see her so happy. I know Finny would have just loved her to bits, too.

Here she is...my new Angel.

We went through the loss of both of our corgi babies this year our girl AJ 16 yoa in February and our male JR 12 yoa in September. We were devistated but now have Missy 4 years and Sammy 18 weeks.....They have filled our hearts and are keeping us on our toes. Know that your Finny would love to see you happy! ^..^
