Today Pumpkin is 13! Am I the luckiest, I know I'm the happiest because of her. Of course she's slower but she still hops along for her walk, she sleeps much more and that's when the grey around her eyes shows, but most of the time she looks like a puppy. Play...oh yeah, never ignores a toy, gets each one out of the basket, shakes it and growls. She always makes me laugh. It's a very, very special day and she'll be showered with treats, toys and a new blue bone (Indigo) it's the new "greenie" and of course, pupcakes.

Happy Birthday, Pumpkin! Sounds like Pumpkin adds much enjoyment into your home...and you do to his! Blessings....
Happy Birthday Pumpkin:) Hope you enjoy all those new presents and treats!!!!
I've noticed Wally a few times bringing his toys back to the toy box, by the entrance, and picking another one. He sometimes goes nose deep to find what he would like to play with. I love to hear how other Corgi parents are honoring their pup with the same happiness they give upon us.
Happy Birthday Pumpkin and congratulations.
I'm amazed how some owners adopt sick and older pets, creates bucket list for their last few months with us. I've been thinking I'll have to create one for Wally if one day he gets ill or will reach old age. A few ideas for Wally:
* Have a ride in a convertible.
* Receive a box of 30+ plushed toys to do with them what he wants.
* Visit a farm with cattle, sheeps, etc
* Visit the kennel where he was born and potentially meeting a relatives.
* Have a T-Bone dinner with evening by the lake with a good petting / massage session (treats unlimited)
* Go camping, etc.
