hello all~!

hope you guys had a great weekend! with summer coming up here in riverside, ca we've been getting 90-100 degree weather @_____@ of course emi doesnt approve, and hates getting up and out of the ac'ed house! 

• potty training
  • potty training has been going REALLYYYY good!! the last time i updated about potty training was when we were having troubles switching her from 2.5 hours to 3 hours between potty breaks! i think at one time, we took her out and she did her business, and an hour later she had an accident in the house! regardless, she has been accident free for .. wait for it.. four days!! it actually doesnt sound like alot of time, but in puppy time, it feels like forever! next week, we're going to try and up her to 3.5 hours! woohooo! yeah!!!
• doggy "fear"
  • not much too update here, but she is definitely getting along with cereal much more now since i try to bring her over whenever im over at jennie's (cereal's mum, and my bestfriend!). we are looking into some doggy classes, but right now, with finals around the corner, its probably not the best time for us to be going to classes quiiteee  yet but as soon as the weekends free up, we will look into them! 
• nipping
  • shes gotten a bit better with the nipping! we're trying to persevere with the biting! we have tried alot of the yelping and ignoring her/turning your back on her techniques, but it just seems to excite her and she ends up trying to jump up our backs -sigh; we also have tried the shove  a chew toy in her mouth technique, but nothing is as interesting as our faces T_____T we're still working on this one 
• training
  • emi learned how to roll over! although it may not be as exciting, its reassuring that we can do at least somethingg right! "come" is alot harder to teach right now, and will wait to teach her this one until we get our back yard done so she has more room to run in a confined area! 

anyways, happy tuesday to you guys and hopefully the weekend comes just as fast as it left! yay for memorial day weekend and 3 day weekends!
