Hi All,

well last Friday @ 5pm was the last day of the cooling off period of the sale of our house!. It has sold!!!!. We have to move out by the 2nd of August. we were to exchange contracts and had the bank cheque for the deposit on our new Home Langi Dorn last Friday but our Lawyer still has to get one very important document on the new house and is waiting on that!. So exchange of contracts will happen this coming week!. It has been a very stressful time this last 6 weeks more so the last 2 weeks!. Now we have to go thru the packing up luckily the new owners of our home have done us a favour by buying our home furnished we save on moving costs!!!. I'm taking a months vacation to pack up and set up the new home as Paul has to have an operation on his neck due to nerve damage! he then will need a month off to recuperate as he will not be able to drive let alone help me with the packing!. His right arm will be out of action. I don't mind as I have a system of packing and can manage it on my own as I'm younger!. 

It is an exciting time and a very stressful time I'm looking forward to the new home and acreage and have to organise a new double door fridge and a new clothes dryer and even though I detest them a front loader washing machine as our brand new top loader wont fit in the laundry as every thing is built in!.

As we have brought Langi Dorn direct from the owners and not thru a real estate agent their Lawyers are dealing with our lawyers no middle man so much easier!. for those who may be interested in Langi Dorn just Google   Images of Langi Dorn and the first photo's are of the bedrooms and sitting room and fireplace and you will see one photo of the house it was run as a B&B by it's current owners for 20 years we are keeping it as a private home but it comes with a B&B license so maybe in the future I may run it as one?.

Oscar and Sam are going to become "Country Dogs" there is a huge gated deck that runs along the entire front of the house and a secure fenced off area for them plus we have 3 open fire places one in the kitchen which will be great as we are still in winter here!.
