i was petting romeo and found a bump with lots of dry skin on it. So i decided to brush him. After i brush him and checked the brush i saw lots of dead skin on the hair. What should i do? should i go to the vet? Or should i change his shampoo. Any reccommendation.? Did anybody went though this?

adding a tsp of oil in his food will help the dry skin. the only way to reduce shedding is to groom him once a week.

Well i feed him Blue buffalo for pups. Do anybody know a good dandruff shampoo and special skin and hair food that will help his dandruff problem and to reduce the shedding?

once a week with PET HEAD by bed head. Fears for tears. With warm water.

He could always just be going through a dandruff spell in which case you could feed him some special skin-and-hair foods for a week or so to help alleviate the flakiness.

It's important to use dog shampoo because it is Ph balanced for a dog. Their Ph levels are different than humans and even though human shampoo won't hurt anything if used once in a blue moon, repeated use can damage their fur and skin.

What have you been washing him with and how often?

Sounds like trying a different shampoo is worth a try. And make sure you get it ALL rinsed-off. Maybe not bathe him as often? Or it could be a food issue maybe??

I recently made the mistake of washing Gwynn with the same castile bar soap I use on myself ("...good enough for me, oughta be good enough for her...."). When I tried to comb her afterwards, I thought there was pine pitch in her fur, dramatically sticky. I had to rewash with the regular dog stuff.

I still think human hair shampoos ought to be OK for dogs, but that's an assumption. Their fur is really important to them, so we don't want to mess it up -- the chemical stuff that makes our hair look cosmetically nice might make their fur perform poorly. And they might just HATE all those floral fragrances.
