Bailie is now just a little over four months old now and has starting showing signs of what I believe is cutting her adult teeth, so I have some questions. What are the signs of seething, how old was your corgi when they cut their adult teeth, and what are some things you did to relieve the pain? Thanks very much!

They usually have all their adult teeth in by 6 months. Often if the canine teeth are retained at that point, vets will remove them while they are sedated for neutering/spaying at that time. I've never noticed any of my pups showing signs of pain while teething. They just chew a lot so I make sure they have appropriate toys to chew on. Sometimes you'll notice a bloody gum where they have lost a tooth, but it heals quickly. Kids are much whinier about teething than pups!

My pup is almost 6 months and has a lot of his big teeth in. His breath is a little stinky....when do ALL of their big teeth come in?

I also bought him a elk antler and he chews on it almost all day!

The pet store sells these chilly bones which are cold when frozen and help numb the pain... or a towel dipped in water frozen overnight to gnaw on helps.

Their mouth begins to smell like blood or rotting fish.  Around 4 months old.

I usually say around 16 weeks. If they start not eating their food many people make the mistake and change their food when the problem is their gums hurt. I always add a bit of warm water and let it soak for a few minutes.
