Zeus is kinda cool, actually. There is also Apollo (god of sun, truth, music and healing).
The Roman gods of sheep and flocks (how appropriate) are Inuus and Faunus...too bad those names don't roll off the tongue very easily!

I actually was looking up Roman god names and saw that Jupiter also went by Jove which I like--but again, my husband wasnt diggin it:( My husband prefers Zeus--but eh, I'm not sold on that one. Thanks for the names everybody:)

You could go off the Roman god theme and name him Jupiter, hehe. He was Juno's husband and brother, lol. Kinda weird. Maybe their offspring Mars, the warrior god, or Vulcan, the god of "benevolent and hindering" fire. (Info from Wikipedia.) Anyway, it's important that you pick a name you like. It doesn't have to follow a theme or anything.

Since Juneaux reminds of Juneau, an Alaskan city, how about another Alaskan city, like Denali, Cooper (Cooper's Landing), Barrow, Healy, Homer, Hyder, Kenai, Kodiak (ooh, I like tha one! Kody for short), Sitka or Sterling?

NOODLE. Hahaha. I was watching the AKC dog show tonight and there was a basset hound named Noodle and I was like.. What a perfect name for a corgi... :D I always thought Tank was cute, though. Haha.
