I was informed by my breeder that my pup is happy, healthy, and ready to go! It killed me to have to tell her I wasn't going to be able to pick him up until May 15th. This is the last week of school and I'm moving back home over the summer so the next week and a half includes five tests and packing up and moving my apartment into storage. I decided that it wouldn't be the best environment to bring my baby into but I have my last final friday morning, the 14th, and as soon as I'm done I'm packing my things, stuffing them in storage, and making most of the three and a half hour drive to Scurry, Texas that night. We're staying in a motel somewhere around there then picking up my baby and driving the almost five hours back to San Antonio the next day. Lots of driving but it will be totally worth it, we'll get to bond on the car ride home, haha. I cannot WAIT to get my new puppy and I definitely cannot wait to see the family cats' reactions. My brother, his wife, and his six month old australian shepherd recently moved back to San Antonio so the cats have slowly been adjusting to the presence of a dog but I wonder how they're respond to something more their size.
