Things seem to be working themselves out quite nicely. After a lot of thinking and soul searching I decided to switch vets. I just simply wasn't comfortable with the fact that my vet didn't even know that some medicines could be fatal to my Aussie, Sky. While I did like a lot of things about our vet, and I will miss going to him, after taking Lyla to the new vet today, I know I made the right choice.

She agreed that the medicine Sky is on is very dangerous for him and took him off of it immediately. I feel so much better about that! Lyla got her boosters and even a free puppy pack! She also got a stool sample taken for all the funny poo she's been having. Everything came back negative, but the doctor went ahead and put her on a wormer just in case. This afternoon her stool was a little soft, but looking more normal too. Who knows, maybe it's just all those earthworms she's been trying to dig up and eat before I can stop her! ;)
