Hey everyone! Today is Grover's birthday! He is an awesome two years old! (As a side note, his yucky eye is SO much better today, just in time for birthday fun!) We didn't do a whole lot. He got a new toy and his friend, Pablo the Pit Bull came to visit for the night. My best friend is Pablo's Mom and Grover and Pablo play together like two peas in a rotten pod! They are great together! Pablo isn't a year old yet, so he's still a pup and he totally wears Grove out! Grover got some special treats and some love from his Aunt Jenny. And, of course, he got some super snuggle time with Mom and Pop.
I can't believe it's been two years! I also can't believe how rewarding having a Grover has been. He's turned into the most excellent, well behaved dog! Seeing him now, it makes all the HARD work we put into him as a puppy worth it. I am so proud of how well he's turned out! I remember searching for a dog breed and debating and debating. I made the best decision.
People say it and it's such a cliche, but Grover is my best little friend. I love him so much and I know that he loves us too! Life would just not be the same with out my little Grover Sausage!
