Thanks for the welcome!  Ein is about four years old and we adopted him when he was about 8 months old.

Thanks for the welcome. I glad I had no idea about the hair or I might have missed out on a wonderful dog but by the time I found out she could shed half her mass in hair when she blows her coat I wouldn’t have any other dog. I love the photos especially the one in the leaf pile.

Hi--The antibotics seem to be helping, its looking better to. He'll try real hard to get  up and walk a few steps and then plop back down. He's trying real hard tho. Thanks for asking about him.    How is Lance doin..

Thanks so much Natalie, its so hard to look into his sweet big brown eyes. It seems that tho his legs don't function, everything above seems fine. He will still roll over to try and move and inch or so and wiggle his stubby. And he still smiles.  I know all his toes are dislocated and his rear legs are just gone now from the auto immune disease. Its so terrible. I know i don't want him to suffer and be in such pain. Been taking more pictures of him lately, outside by the flowers, and i let him lay outside as much as possible. We have a lake behind us with ducks in them. He loves to sit out there and watch them. Its getting the courage to make that dreadful decision and going thru woth it. No matter what, it will be very difficult, and i will hold him to the very end.

Oh Natalie....don't ever feel that way. We are here to support others when they are going through things! It's not fun to go through things and helps with others support...you can message me anytime you want:) Good luck! keep posting also....other people may be having similar problems...it helps to know others can use advice also!

Thanks Nat,

She is a little cutie:) Wiley was always afraid of children that's why when my daughter had her 1st baby Wiley came back...Wiley would just get sooooo nervous especially when Peyton would cry...we felt so sorry for Wiley and I'm sure that you feel that way also...it must be so horrible for the dogs and they can't tell us why they feel this way. Maybe Tucker has experience or he's just very adaptable.

Thanks for the pic!

Thanks guys!  I finally started dialysis, so in a few months I should be feeling back to normal.  Or as much as I can get.  I hope Lance is starting to feel more normal too.  Tucker better be taking good care of him, and sharing the cookies!!

Natalie, Can you believe it was elective surgery. I have had a bunion removed and a pin inserted to correct a cross-over toe deformity. The stitches came out on Wednesday and the pin will come out on September 21st. I cannot wait to get off the crutches and into a cute pair of shoes. Thanks for your concern. I have been glad to hear/read that Lance is getting better a little at a time. He's pretty cute with his Snoopy ears too. Have a good Labor Day weekend!

Natalie, thank you for the birthday wish. :) Yes, we are Leos united. :) I have a feeling we are about the same age, too. (Me 43.)

Hope all is well with you and your family - dogs, too. By the way, I just LOVE Tucker. One day (long way away), I think I need to rescue a pemmie, too.
