You are very lucky to have a puppy from Tim, he has wonderful dogs and is a nice guy. I'm thinking about getting another dog and it may be coming from Debbie Oliver's bitch and one of Tim's dogs is the dad.
Also, not sure if you are familar with South Bay Corgi's but the third and fifth Saturday of every month there is a Corgi meetup at the Shoreline dog park in Mt. View...nothing like watching 20 Corgi's run around and play.
Oh, btw my sister used acupuncture for her female corgi who had DM years back. I don't know if it worked much though. I think she got more anxious than anything when it came time for her appointments. She also took her for hydrotherapy. What are you needing acupuncture for? She took her to someone who was recommended to her by VCA All-Care Animal Hospital in Fountain Valley.
Give Scout some time. Radar was with you longer. It takes time to be a once-in-a-lifetime dog. But, when I decided to do a Corgis Remembered group, it reminded me that each of my Corgis seemed and were once-in-a-lifetime Corgis, and then we fell madly in love again. We never forget our beloved Corgis but we do open our hearts to our new Corgis.
I am offended by your comment. I can assure you Sadie was not "humiliated". Humility is a human emotion. Dogs either like or dislike something. She was a good girl and tolerated the costume for the minute it took to take the picture. I would never do anything to harm Sadie. Not emotionally...not physically...not in any kind of way. I love her VERY VERY much! Her vet didn't think she was "humiliated". She loved the picture so much, she put it on the home page of her animal hospitals website. As a new comer you should be informed that the people on MyCorgi are friendly and supportive of each other. Your tacky comment was unwarranted and unappreciated.
