Thank you for the comment and heads up about 50+ Corgi's in San Diego.  We do travel down there a few times so we may end up wanting to meet up.  Will definitely look into thanks! Love your corgi pics by the way, great looking corgi you got!

Thank you for the welcome!  Our Corgis' names are Corky and Auggie.  Both were shelter dogs and both sort of named themselves - Corky, because she seemed so quiet and settled at the shelter and in the car on the way home, but once she saw her very own backyard to run in, took off like a cork from a champagne bottle!  And Auggie, because, well, he just looked like an Auggie Doggie.  He began responding to his name almost immediately, leading us to believe that it was truly his name!  I'll post some pics soon.  I'm looking forward to getting to know other Corgi owners and sharing all your wisdom!  These are our first Corgis, and I think we will have lots of questions!

Hi Geri & Sidney.  Thanks for the warm welcome!  My corgis are Halo Ryder and Bolt Dudley.  I tried to comment back earlier but think I put the thread in the wrong place.  ANyway, will post pics soon and am grateful to find a forum with others who share my corgi addiction.

The vet and the previous owner said corky wasn't a full corgi. That picture of him kinda lies, he has a long crocked curly tail.

MO is the name of our five yr old purebred male.
