Hi,Carrie,it duplicated Your message.I had that same problem yesterday with the site.We go up to Gualala in Mendocino County for most of Our off the grid time in the Summer. It's a beautiful park right on the river,in the redwoods without cel service, cable etc.Can You believe in Ca no cels??There are still some beaches near Us also that allow dogs off leash. We really loved Out time down in SanDiego where dogs still have alot of off leash places. One of Our friends on here told Us about a few and We found some on the internet.Have fun out there with Your pup. We're heading out Sunday for 4 days!!
Awhh how awesome! I've only seen about four fluffy black headed tris! I would love to have one someday, but I hold out no hope hahaha.. They're too rare, sigh:P
So glad You're able to get back into agility. We are only doing long walks etc due to Our health issues, but it keeps Us all in fairly good shape.Getting ready to head back out camping next week.We try to take the RV out at least once a month.Corgis get all excited when We go out to pick it up from storage, ready to go :)!!
Hope all is well with Your corgi clan :)>Are both pups fully recovered after their surgeries?Merlin is doing fine after his 2.Just a little stiff when he overdoes it.Take care.
Its official, sherman has torn his cruciate! Surgery is scheduled next thurs. I have bad luck with corgi knees, but Sherman only has one bad one, unlike linus who did both. Rehab will be harder for Sherman, he is a way higher energy level.
Hi Carrie! Thanks for adding us! I really love your picutres..I think I've said it before, but your dogs are so wonderful! I can't help but smile! I'm really curious as to how Isabella's coat turns out. She's so fuzzy now! She is to be a red-head and I'm starting to see more and more red under the black on her head. I hope she keeps some black on her head (like Sherman)...too cute!
Hi Carrie! We also were up in the sierras recently.Matter of fact,we probably passed somewhere along the way!We stayed in plymouth, set up camp, then took our 2 corgi pups to Tahoe, pollock pines etc on day trips. But we didnt find it warm enough to do alot of swimming.Sorry to see your corgi has some health issues.Nice website!take a peek at our 2 pups sometime.
Thanks for the welcome everyone. Linus is good as new post surgery. He is obsessed with playing chuck-it and is able to run after the ball again. I try to take it easy with him, I'm afraid of him hurting himself again, but the vet says he will live a normal life. I don't think this a common problem for corgis, usually its a problem with bigger dogs.

Well that's lucky!:)
I do not have a fluff, no-the upkeep is not something I want to deal with haha.. Like you said, normal Corgi fine, fluff a mess!:P
I'm not fond of brushing because it's so hard to make sure that I get ALL over. I am a clutzy person who isn't much good for taking details in haha.
Carrie, welcome to the Sacramento group! Love your swimming pics!!
