***tuesday news** okay, it has been a long time since i have been here, no real good excuse other than, soo many sites, so many blogs, so many photos i take daily, and yes, a 10 mo. old jake baby....gee, i just need more hours in a day...and kaley~corgi has to start writing more of her blogs with out MY HELP--if you know what i mean!

well, latest news, (baby starting to cry again--nap time, might have to leave here.....???) anyways, kaley~corgi and i are still doing the agility trials, and finally we are in class with a great teacher-----it only means, kc and i are starting to look like a team (after so many years of her free frapping in the show obed and agiity ring)---oo yes, she still does it but recall is much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sooo come by here and read news and say hi to me...catch the videos i put here and catch flickr pics of her agility and etc!

oo yes, kaley~corgi finally got a good furminating yesterday...boy is that a great lil tool---no excuse, i had the tool for bout yr, never used it, and was just slave to the vacuum!

April- and I just saw this! Boy am I cyber impaired.... Yep Jinksy ate *everything* including wasabi. The only thing he would never ever touch (spat it out if he accidentally licked it) was parsley. He *hated* parsley. He'd get a plate to lick and I'd see little green dots on the plate- all the parsley left on the edges.... Jinks would eat Jalepeno, wasabi, fruit, pickles, *anything*. When he was a pup he tried to drink out of my cup of hot tea. I told him "no" (perfect opportunity to teach "no") He drank the hot tea- hopped around the room with a burnt tongue- came back to the cup- stared at it till it had cooled- and drank the whole thing! Jinksy was a sweetums but completely a chow hound. "treats" was his favorite word although he knew "breakfast, lunch and dinner" At 10:30 he would go to the fridge- coffee break time, at 12 noon he would stare at the stove- then at me- then at the stove- perfect shop steward- at 5 sharp one must stop and eat!

Did Kaley do well in the tournament? I hope she did! I'm rooting for her! :) I'm dying to see those videos! I cant wait, I'm expecting them to be cute like the other ones! Do you ever laugh when you watch those videos again? I would, they're so funny, with her running around and going down and up things! I just wish I knew what "Those things" are! :)

ha ha! Ya, I just looked at your videos with Kaley with her obedience and agility doing it her way! I keep thinking how much I really would like a corgi/collie/dog to play with and teach obedience and agility to them! You must have a fun time with her! I hope she'll get to the next level of agility and obedience. She sounds pretty confident in having fun all the time!

Your pics are very cute with the parrots and your little Kaley playing with them! It's adorable! I hope you'll keep them up! :)

I think it is hilarious that she ran after you when you said "Bye" to her. Don't be embarassed at all - your videos are some of the best on this site! Good luck in your upcomming events! :-)

at least she left the ring to poo. Not all competitors do that. At one trial, to the owners mortification, one dog pooped in a tunnel! I've seen it all. My Taffy tends to stop for photo ops. Sometimes I'm convinced that she think agility is just a set up for pictures. I have a video of her on the pause table leaning to look around my husbands legs just so she can get max camera time. The judge was laughing her head off!

I don't know how to imbed videos or I'd do it. Watch "Taffy the Ham" on my page...

I did watch the obedience video. SO corgi! I went to Pem Nationals a few years ago and watched herding and Rally. There were several competitors in Rally who had runs similar to Kaley's. But since we were all corgi people we totally understood that sometimes a corgi just has to FRAP!

You have GREAT pictures! I wish I could take pictures like that but I'm all thumbs when it comes to the camera.

Hi Sandra, Just wanted to let you know that Kaley's obedience(?) video is making the rounds of other dog groups. My sister is active in Airedale rescue, and she sent it to me from ATRA! They love it!

Kaley's so pretty and happy! It's all about the fun. :) It is a nice luxury to be able to work from home and stay with the pup. Wish you would have moved to Austin! I haven't been able to find many Corgi owners here yet who want to get together for playdates.

loved the video of Kaley, reminds me of my Luna - who seems to be at that speed all the time! Luna has just started agility, so any tips would be greatly appreciated! Our dwarfdogs are cardigans, so hope u dont mind tails! patti
