Maybe they'll respond. I have an aunt who lived in Florissant MO for years and years. She's in Ark now as a visiting nurse. Take care.

At 6:49pm on March 12, 2008, penny spencer said…: Hi Carolyn; Thanks for your message. I really appreciate that someone actually read my history. We had Roscoe tested by a neurosurgeon for animals. There was a good chance he would not survive the surgery, or become worse (seizures, etc.) Plus the cost was $5,000! With no guarantees for his survival, we opted to accept his/our fate. We've given him a wonderful happy puppyhood and are taking good care of him.
He's a character and makes me laugh a lot. I'll be heartbroken when he dies, and have been thru that more times than I like but we've had the pleasure of him in our lives. Love your pic by the way. Thanks

At 10:28am on October 2, 2007, Carolyn Rosner said…: I just watched Charlize Theron video on puppy mills and Im horrified. My sweet Lola was a victim of that abuse. Im so glad she was rescued and I can give her the loving home she deserves. She had 5 litters of pups and she is only 20 lbs. She was very ill when Pets Second Chance received her. Thanks so much to Corgi Aid for helping her recover and of course Linda who brought Lola ino my life.
