I am having problems replying to e-mail. I also sometime have a hard time leaving a comment. It takes a while to be able to type anything Do you think this has anything to do with internet explorer 9 upgrade? I just tried to send this in an e-mail and it wouldn't let me send it.

My biggest concern is that I dont think he is missing from a good home #1 He has rotted and missing teeth, #2 His ears were terrible, #3 no tags, collar, or anything. I will get him to the vet to check for a chip, but then what (assuming there is not one). Are there any rescues in this area (Northeast Oklahoma)?
