Do all cafes in Taipei allow dogs? I think it's silly that we have dogs inside our homes when we eat and drink, but somehow it is unsanitary to have them in restaurants and other public buildings!

@ Nicole, that is their diaper, so that the male do not soil inside of the cafe.
