@Anneke- It didn't take long at all. A lot of the Corgi breeders in CA train their puppies to sawdust before they come home with their new owners.

@Anneke- Lucy was the easiest of our Corgis to housebreak. Of course we had to move a sofa to achieve our goal. Most of the CA Corgis are trained to sawdust. Lucy quickly learned the routine. So at night, or any time of day, we can just say "Lucy go make peepee," and she at least tries. Doggy doors are the way to go! But, when we're away from home with Lucy, having her understand this command makes our lives easier––HER BEST TRICK.

What a smart girl. Did it take long to train her to go in her corner?
