Hi Jack & Wendy - and Lucy of course :) Ty so much for the welcome!

Boots is indeed the pup - she is almost exactly 4 months (will be on Christmas day :))  and is the cutest thing (and knows it!

@John- Rafa's now quite a bit bigger than Lucy but they still do this bitey-face play all day. So far Lucy is still dominant and Rafa is very submissive with her. Lately if he's doing mischief she tackles him. I wish he'd be as afraid of me as he is of her. She's become his mommy and he just adores her. It's so sad that the love isn't shared. She tolerates him, but lately, I think he's wearing down her reserve, and I actually caught her giving him a kiss. Maybe it was by accident, haha. She forgot who she was kissing. She thought it was Al, who's begun texting her. Did you buy him his own cell or is he borrowing yours?

It's interesting: Al & Gwynn did a lot of that "bitey-face" play when Al was young, but it's been years since I've seen it. Al is 4.3, Gwynn is 7.5 years. I wonder if this kind of play establishes the dominance hierarchy?
