I can attest to the fact that caring for and loving dogs and cats is a lot like having children. : ) If I didn't have the responsibilities I do, there is just no telling how many animals I would have.
Since I don't have children, they are my children.
Once again, you never fail to entertain me with your hilarious descriptions of Randy and Reese's behavior ! "She's upped her start time to 1 hr before dinner !!!" HAHAHA ! I remember when I first visited this site weeks ago and was just so despondent over losing Winston. Every photo I Iooked at made me cry and if I read a post about someone else losing their dog I would start crying uncontrollably. But over the weeks it's actually helped me to begin to move past losing Winnie and I'm very thankful to you and others for helping me do that. I know we're not talking about children, but I just can't help being so attached to our dogs.
The stardom of this video has her feeling her authority. She has upped her start time to 1 hr before dinner!!! Since she is well and happy, she is not putting up with all of Randy's "crap". She is not giving in to him when he wants her bone and the little brat doesn't know what to think. Reese and I are happy with that. Wendy, you really helped me understand her but I had to get her well before she could really enjoy life. She does teach Randy some things that I would rather he hadn't learned. I do some canister gardening and I especially like peppers and so does Reese and she can tell when they are ripe. She will just break the branch off to get the pepper and Randy has learned how but he gets green ones, ha ha not so good.
She has become quite the "drama queen" but is happy and healthy. she is usually smiling while she nags me to get up and feed them!
My guys go crazy listening to her!
She's adorable. I have no idea why anyone would ever consider trying to break a dog of barking like that. It's communicative and so CUTE !
That is hilarious. I love how she starts grumbling and mumbling. Corgi-speak. Feed me, mom, mumble mumble!
She started off highly vocal and I told her to wait that I wanted to catch it. She was already tired of telling me to get with it, so she was tired of waiting.
I see she's getting weaker by the minute, poor girl!
