My corgi is named Spider. Usually, we call him some sort of cute variation of it, such as Spides, Spoots, Spodos, Spidies, Speeda-spodes, etc.

Sometimes I call him stubby, shortie, buttmonster, wiggles (when he's really excited and wiggling all over the place) or something of that nature. Occasionally, I call him Prince or refer to him as a gentleman, because he can act like he thinks he's royalty at times.
We call Toby and Lola "Frick and Frack" because of all the thiings they do in unison. We also call Toby: Tobes, Tobemiester and Lola: Lolie, wigglebutt and street urchin. They dont care what we call them as long its to dinner :)
My corgi is called Phelan (prenounced Feelin). It`s an Irish name, and means Wolf.
If I ever get more corig`s I wanna stay with the Irish names, because I love Ireland, and nobody (as far as I know) uses these kind of names.

Nick names (Dutch, what they mean ive put behind them):
Sukkeltje ("stupid") because sometimes he kan me quite stupid ;-).
Duldo (well quite the same as stupid again).
hondje kontje (that means doggie butt, yeah I know, but it sounds a lot better in dutch;-) )
schatje batje (means sweety pie).
I named my little one "Aedyn"

as in the Irish Gaelic name "Aidan" which is a m/f name meaning: "Little Fire" (or something close to this)
Our corgi is Sheffield Wednesday. My husband named him after a football club. He was born on a Wednesday so it seemed fitting to me. We call him Sheffield or Sheff mostly.
My Corgi's name is Wednesday Foxy Brown, but her call name is Wendy.

We got her on a Wednesday, see looks like a Fox and our last name is Brown :)
The breeder we bought him from had named him Copper, based on his coloring. We kept the name, as my dad was an NYC police officer, and I can pretend I'm Jimmy Cagney with him - "You'll never take me alive, Copper!"

We also call him "The Furry Guy", especially when I'm vacuuming....
Sully's registered name is Sullivan's Travelin Pants RN RL1 CGC. He is named after a deli we stopped at on the day we picked him up from his foster home. (Sully's Deli) His original name was Scrappy (from his original owner), which just doesn't fit him at all. He has a ton of nicknames:
Sully monster, Sully man, Sullivan, Sully Wully, Sully bear, Sullymander, Sullberries, Pupperoni, ShortLong, High School Mustache, Hotpants, Little One, Little Bear, Pudding Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Pants, Pantsaroo
I have a Copper too! I named him because it was a toss up between Cooper and Copper. I ended up choosing copper because he looks like a fox but he's a dog and the name of the dog in Fox & the hound was Copper.:) Silly I know.

Nicknames: Chunk, Chunkabutt, Bug, Bugaboo, tuteyhead (almost like cutey but tutey) Cop, Coppa, Coppahead road, baby buggahead, lol and probably more I'm missing lol
My PWC is named Kiba, which is Japanese for "fang/tusk".

I can't resist calling him by one of his many affectionate nicknames though -- Mr. Roo being the most popular amongst a variety of other things.
It would take too long to name all the nicknames for the corgis two!

Pandora is Pandalgo, PanHelsing, Honey, Princess, and Miss Thang among an assortment of others.

Trunks is T-Biscuit, Trunksula, Stinky, and Mr. Man among all the others.
Bingley and Lizzy are named after characters in Jane Austen's "Pride & Prejudice".

Nicknames:

Bingley is Bingle, Bingle-butt, Handsome, or (more formally) Mr. Bingley.

Lizzy is Little Miss, Lu, Loodle-lu, Wiggle-butt, Lizard, or (when she's in trouble) Elizabeth.

Together we refer to them as "a bingle and a lu" or just "the babies".
