And the winner is........

So as most of you know I entered Franklin in a model contest, and have been harassing everyone for votes for the past few weeks, well IT ALL PAID OFF!

FRANKLIN WON!!!! Out of 247 he got 1st place and gets to model a PLAY pet bed in online and magazine ads!!! Look for him in upcoming issues of LIFE+DOG magazines and on PLAY website modeling one of their fancy beds! He also gets a bed and a photoshoot! We are so excited! Thank you so much to everyone who voted! We couldn't have done it without support from the corgis!

Thanks everyone! They will give me a cd from the photoshoot so I will definitely post the pictures! I'll also keep everyone posted about when the LIFE+DOG issue comes out that Franklin will be in. I'm so excited and proud of my baby boy! He was born to model! lol.

Was the one "buying" votes in the top 5? Which one was he/she? Was that one also the professional doggie model?

Mason the border collie (tied for 3rd) was offering a $150 donation to a facebook page if they could get 50 of their members to vote, and the professional doggie model was Millie #5 the yorkie. I think the judges put her in last place because of this, her picture was adorable, but its just not fair for her to have placed high up in this kind of contest where just every day people compete for the chance of a lifetime. Very happy with how voting turned out, not just because Frank won, but bc Shiloh the 2nd place dog deserved to be high on the list too.
