Corgi + kitten

I just made a deposit on a ragdoll kitten today! I am very excited to be getting a new family member. But I am a little worried about how well my 3 year old corgi Sofi will get along with a baby kitten. She's never seen a kitten before (she gets along really good with older cats).

Has anybody here introduced a kitten to a corgi? How did it go?

Best way to introduce a kitten, as far as I've experienced.

Don't just drop the kitten on the dog. Put the kitten in a separate room with food, water and litter box. Let the pup and kitten play under the door. Don't correct the dog harshly. Slowly introduce them. When your puppy is pleasant and quiet around the kitten, treat her. She will start to see the kitten as a good thing who brings treats. After a week or so, they should be able to co-exist. If it takes a little longer (or shorter), just be patient.
