Corgi Size?

Otto: 2 year, 35 pounds, and 16 inch neck(collar shopping)

Otis: 6 months, 20 pounds, and 12 inch neck

Trying to figure out how big Otis is going to get.  His mom was tiny and is about the size of him now.  His dad was a bit bigger but not as big as Otto.  So any input on your end if possible please.

It's really hard to say at that age. Some puppies grow super fast, especially if they're on puppy food, where as some grow rather slow to start and fill out later.
