I run corgis-everywhere on Tumblr, and yesterday one of my followers sent me a message asking for help for her sister and brother-in-law's 10 year old rescue Corgi, Mister. Mister was diagnosed with stage IV lymphoma on 09/25/2012. Carolyn (Mister's mommy) is a cancer survivor herself as well as a schoolteacher, and unfortunately cannot afford the cost of Mister's chemotherapy. I don't know how many people will see this, but I am asking for your help on behalf of Mister and his wonderful family. He was only rescued by his family in November of 2011, and I think he deserves lots more fun-filled short-legged time with his family. 

Unfortunately, since he is not fostered, CorgiAid cannot help him. I suggested seeing if veterinarian clinics in their area offered any payment plans and that was negative as well, so I'm trying to spread this around to as many places as I can so that Mister will have another chance to spend some happy years with his family. 

When I received the message from Carolyn's sister last night, only around $350 had been raised for Mister. Since then, people have been spreading the word and donating and Mister now has around $1500 (in one day!) going toward his treatment. I know if spreading the word and donating continues, Mister will be able to receive the treatment he needs to stay with his family.

Please, if you can donate anything at all, please do. If you are unable to afford a donation at this time, please spread this around so someone who is able to donate can.
