We brought our 18 wk. old Wylie home 5 wks. ago and we noticed a belly rash after 3 days, we've been treating it since and there is little to no improvement.  First, we washed every other day with Maleseb shampoo, then 10 days of antibiotics/steroids/anti-histamines, then miconazole spray once a day all per the vet's instruction and there is no change.   He has been checked for mange, fleas, we are waiting on the results of a fungal culture and I don't know where to from here.

Any and all experience/suggestions would be most welcome.
