Does anyone else's Corgi lick everything? Zeus will lick everything from the walls to the carpet to people. He will lick things for so long that there will be a giant wet spot.

Ah yes, the corgi Lick!
If your dog is otherwise happy and healthy, this may just be how he is.
But excessive licking can signal nausea in some cases and licking floors carpets etc. can lead to ingestion of dust, fur or yucky chemicals.
Licking can also escalate into a compulsive behavior if you reinforce it too much either positively or negatively.
I would try to redirect Zeus whenever possible just in case.

My corgi like to lick but not excessively. Some dog will lick everything they find because they have acid reflux just like human.

5 year old Dexter has taken to licking his paws recently and i'm trying to figure out the reason. the first concern was injury. i recently took him to new hampshire for his first time hiking a mountain and was concerned it was too much for him. when i say too much the thing about hiking in new hampshire is that the trails are old and worn. most of the hiking involves ankle busting roots and rocks. but after palpating and examining his paws and joints...and passage of time...i think something else is going on...the several times a week, three mile, off leash walks on the rails to trails accompanied with the marathon frisbee sessions are not enough anymore...the little bugger is bored on the days off...its his new way of driving me nuts...

Leena loves licking people (especially feet and legs after a shower), the carpet, the sofa, everything on our bed. I taught her "kiss," so she would lick on demand, which makes it easy to have her stop licking as well; "no kiss."

Ace loves to Lick xD
