Doug, I thought I had an email a while back that said one was planned for November 10th at our usual park, but I'm not 100% sure on this. I made a note of that date for me, but I haven't heard anything since then. So anyone who knows about this for sure, please post. I so look forward to that picnic every year - and all those corgis!!
Anybody heard anything about a Fall corgi picnic?
I wish i could help look for oliver! but i live south of tucson! I have shared his flyer on my facebook page. He looks a lot like my corgi.

They are looking for volunteers to search for Oliver this weekend. I'm in Northern California so can't help but thought maybe someone in this group could help!!
OH sorry just worried OLIVER I am trying to help baby! Pass it on AZ Corgis.
Hi, I live in Tucson and knew about this a few days ago and have been telling the world about this. I have posted on Princess Gwenies Facebook and all my accounts. I have tweeted and am looking for him. If I see him I will pick him up hug him feed him OH yea lots of water too! I am just gutted he hasn't been found. The scary thing is here in Southern AZ there is a lot of dog fighting. I am praying he is found by a good soul not a BAD WORD BAD WORD person! Sorry off soap box. I ail keep tweeting and PG will keep barking it out!
Actually I'm in Northern California but I saw that you didn't have anything posted about Oliver the corgi lost in Arizona (near Tombstone). His owner was involved in a rollover accident and Oliver is lost in the desert or possibly has been picked up.
Just putting this out, in case anyone might be interested. We have decided to try to find a perfect home for out much loved Brick (2/3 corgi 1/3 German Sheppard). While he is a very good dog, loving, house trained, and all over well behaved, he just doesn't seem to like other dogs. He displays the corgi trait of hording, He takes his toys (all toys are HIS toys), treats, and sometimes (but not very often) food to his own location. His fluffy pillow in the corner or outside under the picnic table. While he has never fought any of our other dogs for his 'items' he has softly growled a time or two. We do allow this behavior as honestly, it seems he just doesn't like the other dogs. He prefers to stay outside as much as possible. We have a doggie door, so he is free to come and go as he wishes. It is our strong belief he would be just much happier in an only dog, or dog and cat household (he loves our cat, go figure). He is super wonderful with children (my sisters toddlers love him to death) and is a pure snuggle hog. He is quick with kisses and loves to talk back to you. He is neutered and up to date on shots, and is 1 year and 2 months old. We nickname him Doorstop, since he loves to lie against the screen in cooler months and just chill. He does get along very well with our rabbits and chickens and shows very strong herding instincts.
Please message me if this finicky guy seems like he might be your perfect fit. this was not an easy decision, but he is just not happy around our other dogs. We are in no hurry and wish to only find the perfect fit for him. Pictures are available on my page, or by request. I will be picky at finding him the right home. Thank you.
