Gus, the 78lb Corgi UPDATED

I hope he gets better. :( Isn't Nutro not that good of a food? Maybe that's why he's not eating it.. :/

I found this to be horrible. This is animal abuse pure and simple. It happens because no one cared enough to protect that beautiful baby. I only hope that the diet is working for that sweet baby now that someone cares enough to help him.

Poor Gus! I can't understand how anyone could let their dog get to this point. Overfeeding a dog THIS much is just as cruel as starving it. I can only imagine how horrible his quality of life is. I sure hope they're successful with his diet, I would hate to hear of this beautiful dog losing or significantly shortening his life just because of some owners who can't stop feeding him.
