My Corgi's registered name is Frontier's Honkytonkbadonkadonk. The Frontier is for my parents' kennel when they used to breed and show Golden Retrievers. Honkytonkbadonkadonk is from the Trace Adkins song, because my dad says her butt looks like a "ba donkadonk" and she sashays it back and forth. Her everyday name is Dallas Mae.

Nicknames include: Dally, Dally Mae, Ba Donkadonk, Corgi, Corgi Dog (original, right?), Dal-Doo, Rumpy, Shorty, Stumps, etc...
My corgi's registered name is Riversides Out-For-Ever. He was born at Riverside PWC in Vero Beach, Florida. We named him Cyberfox or Cyber for short. We named him Cyber because he solves almost anything at lightning speed. He also answers to Fuzzbutt or Squirt. We play a version of hide and seek with him called "Greased Pig". One of us holds our hands over him eyes while the other one hides. When we are ready to let him go, we say "Greased Pig" and he starts yelping with exitement as he bursts loose to find the person hiding. We called this game greased pig because he is almost impossible to hold on to. Our neighbors to the south of us installed a gate between our yards so Cyber can play with his three Dobermans. We call it the Cyber gate.
Captain Jinks of the Horse Marines (if you remember the song you're too old). AKA Jinks, Elkbutt, Snowplow, Tuff Stuff

Ginny, Gingin, Gin, Sweet Pea,

Sweetums for both....
Oh, the joys of owning a fluffy! That nickname is classic.

We found out that Lizzy's name (from Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice") is very accurate. In the following excerpt from the book, the Bingley sisters are discussing Lizzy’s disheveled appearance:

Yes, and her petticoat; I hope you saw her petticoat, six inches deep in mud, I am absolutely certain;

Our Lizzy looks just the same when she comes in from the mud!
My Corgis name is Prince but originally we were gonna name him Flash, because boyyy does he run faaast for those stubby leggs!! His nickname is TUBBY LEGGS =P
My corgi is called Kiyo, after a story in Japanese mythology- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiyohime , though she also goes by kiki, keeker, muffin or whatever other cute names I decide to call her. She responds to them all.

It's a tale of a strong woman who used to run a tea house but studies magic to learn shapeshifting to exact revenge.
Ok, now that we've had Emmy for a week, these are her nicknames so far: EmmyLou (when she's bad), Emmy Pie, Emmylicious, Em, Miss Em, and Mommy's Emmy.
My corgi's name is Madeline (but we usually call her Maddie). Some nicknames she has are: Fatty-Maddie (though she's not fat), Mad-Dog (my dad and brother think Maddie is too girly of a name - even though Maddie IS a girl), Maddie-maddie-maddie, Missy-miss and bunny-but. Some longer names we call her are: Madeline Marie and Madeline Marie Albright.
My boy is named Scout. I just got him today, so he doesn't have very many nicknames. My 3-year-old sister calls him "Roly-Poly" and "Dort." Don't ask where she got Dort from. I don't know either. But Roly-Poly is a great nickname for him, even though he is very laid back. He often gets called Puppy or simply just Boy, as in "Here, Puppy!" or "Here, Boy!"
I have more nicknames for Scout.

Scout the Terrible (when he's being naughty)
Scout the Great (when he's being good)
Little Guy
Snow Dog (he loves the snow)
Snoopy
Sergeant Harry Potter of the Shire
My Corgi's name is "Amiga" which means "friend" (female) in Spanish. For some reason, there are a lot of pets with the male equivalent, Amigo, but I had never heard of a female pet named "Amiga" .. and it is such a perfect name: pretty, easy to say and distinguish for her to hear, and relevant because she is my friend. I actually gave her a middle name too, which is "Savana" or tall grassy area in Spanish .. So her full name is Amiga Savana. Unfortunately, at the time I was not thinking about my last name (which is her's too) ... and my last name starts with an "S" so her initials are "ASS" .. oh well. Maybe that is why many of my nick names for her include the word "butt." Hahahaha!

My nick names are many:
Sweetie
Sweet Sweet
Sweetie Sweet
Sweetie Butt
Nugger Butt (I have no idea what that means actually, so don't ask, haha)
Baby Butt
Love Love
Sweet Face
Linda
Preciosa
Good Girl
Daddy's Girl
Bright Eyes
Nut
Nut Case
Love of My Life
etc.....
