Is anyone else's dog just absolutely insane?

I don't know if it's his age, or just him, but Atlas is absolutely crazy. I've never seen a dog with his "intensity", everything he does is like normal dog behavior x100.
Is this just a corgi thing?

If he is only 8 weeks old then his collar probly is driving him insane lol. I would let him run around the house with the leash attached for a bit before trying to walk him at all. It really helps them to get used to the feeling of the weight being there. I didn't even get Ein until he was 10 weeks old.

I'm not sure about others but mine is insane or retarded we aren't sure. He does some of the strangest things. Roles around for no reason. He will come running in a room and fall over and role. He hasn't really taken training very well but is overly lovable and protective. He also stinks all the time. I think they are all insane.
