Lady is Lazy.

I am a little concerned at Lady's lack of activity the past few days or so. She doesn't want to do anything. She won't go further than the back porch when I let her out unless I sit out there with her. And still, when I sit out there, all she seems to want to do is sit next to me. When we're inside the house all she does it lay around unless she is following me somewhere. She also shows little interest in eating anything.

I did however just take her for a walk and she did fine, but when we got back to the house she plopped down on the couch like usual.

Should I be worried?

Any suggestions?

A sudden change of behavior can be indictative of something health related, it's probably nothing serious but if she continues to act pretty lethargic or her behavior gets even more different a vet visit is in order.
Atlas has had a couple of issues with upset stomach/diarrhea.
I knew something was wrong immediately when I let him out of his crate, and the little terror only wanted to crawl onto my lap rather then run around the apartment and shove toys in my face like usual...

She's 5, right? I wonder if this is normal as they get older?
If you can. I'd take her to the vet for a checkup. It will be worth the peace of mind.

Sounds a lot like Bubba except for the eating. He's always ready for that. Try throwing some treats about twenty feet or so and see if she'll run after it. If she's a true Corgi she'll run like there's competition for it. Bubba lays around a lot as well...his favorite spot being the couch. In fact he won't even chase a ball and only half-heartedly will run after a squirrel. I know how he is and unless Lady has changed her habits she'll probably do fine. You may want to try walking her in a park somewhere instead of around the yard or neighborhood. A new environment may awaken her senses to want to travel and walk more with you. If I ever get concerned about Bubba's behavior changing he goes to the vet and if Lady's chanaged in that respect I would have her checked out ASAP to eliminate anything physical..
