Best Vacuum for Corgi hair?

My old vacuum is dying and I need a new one for my puppy. I read so many review about different make and model. But still can't decided. Some said Dyson is good, other say not. Also, should I get a begless one? Is it good? Or it is just about the same when changing filter vs. bag...

Also, I hope it won't cost too much as my money is running real low because of puppy supply.

Here are some previous threads on the same topic. Here and here. Next time try this first. There are variations of bagless, all similar concept, some have better eject design that minimize dust release. When you have set a budget for the vacuum, it pretty much narrows down your choices. Good luck.
