you need a furminator. you can find some pretty good prices on this website or amazon. i also use a little beard clipper to trim my corgi's hair between his toes.
We don't have a Furminator or anything special, just a generic dog grooming comb. Works great. Doesn't pull out as much fur as a Furminator, but I'd hesitate to do that. A comb with a rake-type handle might be more ergonomic though.
Don't buy your dog a Blackberry; they just use them to play video games.
FURMINATOR for sure. Best brush ever. Expensive, but totally worth it.
I use a medium furminator and a slicker brush (though I should've gotten the self-cleaning kind) Also, a roomba is great if you don't have carpet (not very effective)
Furminator Furminator Fruminator!!!!
I need to buy a furminator and see if it is better than the furbuster. I have an undercoat rake, which pulls a bit. I may invest in a slicker soon also. I will be buying a toothbrush for my girl!

Make sure you get a gentle shampoo, Earthbath is really good. It's on the expensive side cause its organic but you really don't have to bathe your baby much so it equals out. Also, if you don't like the idea of a pesticide shampoo it is a good alternative.
winnie votes for the medium furminator and a standard brush.
Furminator and the traditional metal bristle dog brush. I do not use the Furminator that often, but when it's needed; it's worth its weight in gold!
A crate, a "baby gate", "wee-wee pads, 10 Tons of patience at least, chew toys, again a furminator or furbuster (from Bamboo TM , I think), a vacuum cleaner, a detergent for "accidents", lots of paper towel to clean, a collar (put it on quick so it can get used to it), a leash. Gentle shampoo (I also use Earthbath, works great, and smells good). Puppy food. Bowls. And start separating money for vets visits and vaccines, and "puppy kindergarden". The puppy kindergarden will help you a lot, specially on potty training and socialization. Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

Oh yes! If you have a carpet invest in a good vacuum cleaner, if not, the swiffer does a pretty good job. I think there is a forum on how to keep the house clean with a corgi. (I don't know how to link it, sorry : (
