What should i do with Coven?

I'm going to beach this July for about a month, and the condo doesn't allow dogs. I'd leave him with my dad, but i know he wouldn't take care of his exercising needs. My brother and sister-in is another option, he has a lab. I know they would take care of him well, but coven is not crate trained, and will wine for hours if he's left in a kennel overnight, and i know they don't want coven in bed with them.
I could sneak him in, but i'd then have to teach him not to be so vocal and winney (he's a big baby when he comes to alot of things).

What should I do?

Another option is a "pet resort" (kennel). As hard as it is to leave Coven with strangers, a good place will take great care of him and he'll get exercise. The place Sidney and his brothers go to has playtime in the big yard twice a day and you can pay for extra one-on-one playtime too. Just check the place out, ask for a tour and ask lots of questions. Our dogs have gone to "camp" once or twice a year and are none the worse for wear for it. Just another option.

Depending on your location, you can ask around and see if there's any member here who wouldn't mind baby sit him? otherwise a pet resort is a good idea, I have seen some really awesome resort here on the east coast. Don't even try to sneak him in the condo, totally not worth it.

I am not sure where you are going but we went to the Outer Banks last year and I was told that there was doggie vacation places to use when dogs were not allowed in the place you rent. You can take them out during the day and bring them back at night to sleep.

I wish we could have taken Casey with us but we were invited by a friend and that was not an option. Being at the beach is something that Casey would love so we will try and plan a vacation where he can enjoy it with us.
