Yes I do plan vacations with my Corgis in mind. I would not go anywhere they could not go. Summer of 2010 we are going out to Oregon to visit my son and they will be coming along. I have a dog friendly place to stay lined up.

That is really cute! My husband thinks I am a little nuts because I leave a radio on for them when we leave them alone in our RV. She looks like the rightful Queen of tent land!

I am ashamed to say yes...well not really. We have a rv so our babies can road trip with us. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah... I know they have a terrible life! ^-^

Because of the horse shows, Whisper and I road trip all the time! We've found Motel 6 to be awesome and admit to smuggling in the "baby" when the host hotel wasn't dog friendly (but you should've seen ALL the dogs that weekend)! FYI - the princess does not appreciate a being carried in a duffle bag!

There is a hotel on Mackinaw Island that accepts dogs in one of their buildings. It was a great place to stay and every day we saw different dogs and their owners. Saw my first fluffy puppy there last year! It is a great place to vacation with dogs as there are lots of trails and many outdoor eateries. No cars and lots of fudge! The hotel is called Mission Point.
