Common Corgi diseases?

Our Corgi is 11 years old, and has been experiencing fits of shaking and panting. He calms down after 10 or 20 minutes, but it always returns. He has also lost weight.

Are these the symptoms of some sort of Corgi disease?

Those are quite common signs for diarrhea, stress and other things, it is best to leave it to the vet for proper diagnosing.
