Hi Ruby, We have a rescue as well... She is very timid but loving- I have only been working with her these last 4 months & now she has started to come & is so happy right now sleeping on the lounge... My boyfriend rescued her about 10 months ago from a breeder... I made sure I had no sound on except when people were talking- I have enjoyed being part of the corgi group this woman is from a different planet!!!

Been meaning to watch this since it was posted last week - not sure if it was the best way to start my Saturday as it made my stomach turn. Overall, it was a harsh reminder that our best friends are only viewed as property by some people and that these people don't care about their well being but only about the bottom line.

20 Days in jail isn't even a slap on the wrist - it's a spit in the face to the people of CAPS who exposed themselves to this for 2 MONTHS without slugging that woman in the face. I think that's the only reason I couldn't ever go under cover in a place like that... I'd probably just end up in jail myself for the torturing of this.... I hesitate to cal her woman but everything else coming to mind isn't board appropriate.

wow... really no words to describe what I'm thinking right now. It's like the dogs are livestock, but livestock are treated better than that. I do not see how people let that kind of thing go on.

Good lord, that was hard to watch. Even though her penalty was laughable, the increased awareness is always worth something. The more people know, the more things can change.
