I was "inspired" by Shannon's blog and decided to compile a list of things my corgis have destroyed over the years, feel free to post pics and share your stories. We all need a good laugh :)

Yah, the neon tube was a quick check at the vet, didn't ingest anything that could be concerning. My homework I offered to bring in the remains as my professor didn't believe me. Seems she takes issue with uneven surfaces as she only chews the wood where it may have warped, go figure. No " Indestructible" toy has survived the wrath of her yet...I think socks are a comfort thing as she doesn't chew them but rather just lay on them.
1 leather chair
Oak baseboards
TV/Cable remote control
Computer power cord
Furminator and wire brush
Any ink pen, pencil or sharpie within reach
Multiple table legs and the front of an antique floor clock
Every dog toy - stuffed, ball, plastic (including the handles of 2 Jolly balls and all 'indestructibles')
Plastic coat hanger
2 crates + 3 dog beds
1st Corgi licked the finish off the wood floor
Lipsticks, chapsticks, deodorant, sneaker balls, chewing gum - she can open any bag left on the floor
Homework and textbooks
Rug pads (not the rug, just the pad)
I stopped replacing the screw covers around the bottom of the toilet. I lost count of how many times I had to replace those only to find Maddie running through the house with one soon after. The night I brought her home she bit through the cord of my cell phone charger.
Pair of shoes I'd just bought as per a bride's request as to its color
Holes in carpet (why DO they do that)
Socks (most of my socks look like Dracula got ahold of them)
More pencils than I can count
It also takes about 13 hours for plastic buttons from a pair of pajama pants to make their way through a corgi. That's all you wanna know.
Hercules so far:
1. Lots of paper/cardboard no big deal, except the receipts.
2. Wood floor in a couple of spots.
3. Rug gripper pads (several) still working on this one.
4. Corners of a couple area rugs. ( I rolled up all my good rugs when I brought him home)
5. Edges of foam workout mat.
6. Carbon monoxide detector cord, stereo cord. (The 2 cords I missed, all others taped up on wall, nice look ;o)..
7. Toys (that is what they are for right?)
8. Loves to chew tags off anything...blankets, towels, toys....
9. He was obsessed with the corner of my recliner, did a bit of chewing, bitter apple, chewing, bitter apple...
Leather belt.
Leather fingers of work glove.
Leather sandal.
Replacement leather sandal.
Leather ear of antique leather pig footstool.
Sounds like your corgi loves leather!
My first corgi chewed up my childhood Easter basket :( That can't be replaced!
He also destroyed several rodents in the backyard.
Oh Let me think? This is just a partial list:
Multiple TV Controllers
The Couch
My wife expensive digital camera
Numerous ceramic candle holders
The nunchuck for the Wii
slats off the bi-fold doors (many)
Their brush handle (Many)
Many of my books from the book case
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of for right now!
