I've noticed that when i let Rambo out he'll do his business then he'll sniff around and he'll stop at one spot and start rubbing that spot with behind his ears flip over and rub his back all over it i go out and see what it is he is rubbing and there is nothing on the gound .. does your corgi do that and if so why??

I think they are simply trying to disguise themselves in a scent that they like. Or possibly he is rolling in his old urine marks to try and emphasize his scent. Our male corgi did that a lot with smells he liked, unfortunately it was always duck poop or something like that, lol!
It's dog cologne. I caught our cavalier rolling on a dead mouse the other day.

I haven't found a solution other than a hasty bath.
Sidney and Bruce both do this...usually in something dead (gross!)
It could be that something "fragrant" was once in that spot and just the wonderful (to a corgi!) smell remained.
