When Dipper is tired his left ear flops.  When he is fresh and energetic as in the morning when he wakes up, he has classic corgi ears.  

He's also had a sore leg these past few days, when he limps, his ear flops.  When he doesn't limp, his ears are up (vet said it was a strained ligament).

I'm wondering if other people have "variable ears."
