can dogs get colds?

neeks is snorting and sneezing and it sounds like its hard for her to breathe through her nose, nothing has changed in our house as far as cleaners ect but it started right when the weather dropped. she has also been sleeping alot and going to her crate alot, she is still playing, eating and drinking.also is there any at home remidys that can make her feel better?

I have a similar question. KC has had a "runny eye" for a couple of weeks since it has started getting colder. Not gunky or colored just looks almost like she has been crying out of one eye or like it is watering. I am assuming it is just a cold? I don't know if is a connection or not but she has been more cranky lately also. Very testy to the other dogs and ignores us a lot more. Maybe that is just her age. She is almost 10 months old.
