3 year old male Corgi in Ithaca, NY
I periodically cruise PetFinder for Corgis in need (thankfully there are rarely any in shelters around here).
This little guy sounds like he's well-socialized with people and dogs and doesn't seem to come with a lot of baggage, so he might be a great second Corgi for someone looking to add to their pack.

He looks like a fluff to me, though his coat is sort of an in-between length (not real long, but not the standard coat either).
