I keep seeing these Bark Boxes and thinking it would be a great idea. Could someone who has experience please tell me if they ever include hard toys? All of the ones I have seen so far come with plush. Star Fox would have these torn to shreds in about 5 minutes :)

He knows how to do that. It's freaking adorable!
Indeed he does. He uses it to evade out cat Peekaboo all of the time. It's hilarious.
I have no issue with our local PetSmart, it too is very clean, staff is friendly and I frequently take Frank in there just to get pets and treats if I'm nearby. HOWEVER, I would NEVER in a million years take him to Banfield. They are by and far the worst vet I have ever ever ever had experience with. I have never actually been to a Banfield vet myself but working at a vet hospital I see the results of errors they make in patients who come to us. I have also worked with a few ex-Banfield vets and often question how the heck they got their DVM, one of them even asked ME how she should treat the pet since there was no manual to follow. It was insane. Anyway, PetSmart is great in my area, however I'd probably rather take my chances treating my pet at home in an ER rather than taking my pet to Banfield.
Got our first Barkbox yesterday and the rubber "hide a treat" ball was a BIG hit. I'm saving the soft toy for a few days. I had also given Barkboxes to two friends who adopted dogs recently, and they both texted me yesterday saying how much their dogs loved the Barkbox stuff. I thought it made a great "new baby" gift.
