Best kiddie pool for a corgi?

Does anyone have suggestions for a pool for a corgi? I would think getting in and out could be an issue. I have seen some photos on the site, but would like some reviews, good points, size, how it holds up etc.

I just put Waffle in his. He hopped out and I tried convincing him to get in by himself by throwing some toys and grass in there. He was confused at first, but his favorite thing to do is get in and take all the leaves out. God forbid there be leaves in his water bodies. Even when we go into the wilderness, he spends a good time removing leaves from the water. He gets in an out all by himself now, usually just to wade around.

good luck keeping him out! I got the bin after mine started digging in his water bowl. I figured he was gonna be a water dog after that.

You could try tossing a toy in there... corgi curiosity will prevail

Franklin used to attempt to swim in his water bowl so getting him into a pool was no biggie. I have had to resort to teeny tiny water bowls scattered all over the house to keep him out of them!

If I remember correctly...Sage just jumped in, loved when I was running the hose in it also liked drinking the cold water! You might have to throw a fun toy in there or go in there and after he gets used to it and/or it's hot you will find him standing in it:) Because mine was very big I only filled it about 3 inches deep.

We get one every few years at Walmart for 10.00 It's the same one in the pics other's posted. Have fun this summer!

I noticed a lot of people brought the walmart kiddie pool for a meetup Ella and I went to last summer. We live next door to the biggest pool in the world (Pacific Ocean) though so we never bought one for ourselves.

Thanks for all the input. I have never had a dog that likes water. I do have a creek on my farm but I would rather not have Hercules running down into the woods. We will see how he reacts when it warms up.
