Bissell SpotBot, Yes or No for a new puppy owner?

Hi everyone! I am getting my first Corgi puppy July 10th (YEA) and I wanted to purchase a carpet cleaner for those puppy messes we all love. Does anyone have the Bissell SpotBot? I are looking into getting the Bissell SpotBot Pet Series. I would just like some feedback on what real pet owners think about the unit. Thanks!! Any other puppy advice would be great! I am thinking about getting the furminator brush too for hair control, any thoughts about that?

I think the Spot-Bot is the best invention ever!!! We have 2 cats and three dogs so there seems to be no end to someone making a mess. There is nothing like being able to just push a button and have the spot gone!! Love it! However, two people I have recommended it to had some problems getting it to work at first. Both called the 800 number and got easy instructions on how to correct he problem.
I like the furminator too but it might be a little harsh for a puppy. You might want to start with a gentle brush or widetoothed comb instead until he is older. Good luck with your puppy!
